Toqua’s looking for a Solutions Engineer who's passionate about decarbonizing the shipping industry by bridging the gap between business and our AI technology.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on what Toqua's AI can do for them
- Define clear implementation plans together with the customer
- Ensure structured planning, project management, and follow-up
- Help customers get the most out of our technology by translating business requirements into functional requirements
- Use your valuable position at the interplay of business and technology to co-develop the product roadmap and validate product improvements
- Work closely together with sales to convert early customers to full product use by demonstrating product value
Qualifications
- You like bridging the gap between business and technology
- You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, bring structure to projects, and communicate effectively.
- You understand the commercial aspects of an enterprise sales cycle and are confident in discussing these
- You're comfortable discussing APIs and data and can use your strong analytical mind to get to the root of technical challenges.
- You employ a critical view, take initiative, and are a team player
- Nice-to-have: any experience with coding and AI
